Airbnb Design Salford, Manchester

The overseas owner had recently purchased this property with plans to update and enhance the entire space. He aimed for a bright and modern design that would attract guests as a new serviced accommodation. He hadsome ideas of how he wanted to property to look but didn’t know where to start the refurb process.  The target market focused on short to mid term lets, so we needed to create a fully loaded, bright, and inviting design. Additionally, we had to stay within budget constraints.

Since the landlord is overseas, he chose Dreamcatcher Interiors to act as his representative. He had a team to managed the renovation works so we worked closely with htem to make sure the design was brought to life. We then worked with our preferred supplier to fully furnish and equip the property ready for its first guests.

We did’t stop there,  we then staged the property ready for the professional photography and over saw this process to make sure the images were ‘scroll stopping’ worthy ready for the online platforms
