Penthouse Apartment E-Design

A 612 sqm Penthouse Apartment E-Design Project.

The client had acquired this space to develop as a residential three bedroom apartment and present to the market as a prime example of sophisticated urban living. The client was using this apartment to test the boundaries of the market before developing other apartments within the building.  Dreamcatcher’s E-Design services were utilised to preview the apartments potential.

The expectations was that the interior should break from assumptions and expectations normally associated with luxury apartments within an urban context and instead reflect changing ideas around taste, new luxury and the requirements of contemporary living.

E-Design Included: Target Marget Research, Space Planning, Furniture Location Planning, Lighting Design, Smart Home Design, FF&E Selections, Material Finishes, Accessories & Artwork Selections and Budget Presentation.
