Family Home in Wigan

A great property in a residential area, that the landlord had recently purchased.  He originally planned to set it up ready for the Airbnb market however, once Dreamcatcher Interiors had finished the design and set up he was able to get a traditional lease within two weeks of us finishing.

The landlord is based in the South of England and therefore did not wish to travel up to the North West regularly to oversee the renovation and set up.  Dreamcatcher’s looked after everything for him with our SA Flex Package and quickly transformed the property into a wonderfully presented option for his guests.  As he was able to make quick decisions this property took just 3 weeks from agreement to completion and was handed over 1 week earlier that expected!
