The landlord had recently purchased this property and he wanted to update and improve the whole property. He wanted a modern design that would attract guests to the property as a new Serviced Accommodation. The target market was for Short-term lets so a fully loaded, bright & inviting design was required BUT it had to hit budget too. As the landlord lives in the South of England they employed Dreamcatchers to act as their representative and to look after the renovation works as well as the interior design and staging.
